But Phoebe wasn't exactly innocent. She could have prevented it. I mean she was the one to start it as well as the other kids. When I first read the story I felt bad for the other kids but then towards the end I felt bad for her. Because of her actions they continued to constantly target and taunt her. And then she reached her breaking point. So you can take it both ways. I do feel bad for her because no one should ever go through the pain that she went through.
